For maintaining and having a good health, we should take a balanced diet containing required and right amount of essential nutrients like proteins, vitamins, etc. Diet is an important way to maintain good personal health. A healthy diet includes a variety of vegetables extract and animal-based foods that provide nutrients to your body. Nutrients give you energy and keep your body running and help in building and strengthening bones, muscles, and tendons and also regulate body blood pressure.

Nutrition is absolutely essential for a fit body and it helps in growth, development and performing daily activities of an individual. A balanced diet is very important to maintain a healthy body. The intake of diet should be calibrated on the basis of the age of a person. More energy giving food is consumed by people who do heavy work, pregnant women and nursing mothers. But apparently people who are young in age and especially infants need less energy and hence they will consume less food.

Habits:

Following and implementing of healthy habits in your daily life is another condition essential for good health. It is generally said that Health and hygiene go hand in hand. The dibble food must be protected from various sources such as insects, mosquitoes and flies etc. contaminated foods become spoiled and can result in serious health effects. To keep good health, a person should clean his body regularly by bath. Clothes should also be changed and washed regularly.

For keeping good health, it is essential that we wash the food grains, fruits and vegetable with clean water before using and consuming them. We should filter and boil the water before drinking to make it clean and eliminate the chances of it containing the disease-causing bacteria. Pure air is necessary for keeping good health. We should use smokeless kitchen objects and well-ventilated places for work and living to avoid air pollution.

Regular Physical Exercise, Walk, Rest:

It is one of the most essential parts of our life to keep the body & mind relaxed, fit and healthy. Most of us really need to find a way to incorporate exercise into our daily schedule, whether that’s walking, running, or creating your own home gym.  30 to 60 minutes of exercise five to six times each week is realistically ideal. Approximately three sessions of 30 to 60 minutes of some kind of cardiovascular exercise every week is really helpful to overall health. As various organs of the body are constantly working to carry-out the various physiological and metabolic requirements of the body, we must do physical exercises on regular basis.

In addition to exercise, regular sleep is also essential. For good health maintaining a proper sleep schedule is essential. Normally, we are extremely y sleep-deprived. Proper sleep of 6-8 hours each night boosts the immune system, it helps prevent cardiovascular diseases and improves mood. Sufficient rest should be given to the body for bringing back to its original position and bring homeostasis.

Regular hours of sleep and relaxation are required by the body. Infants sleep for longer hours, which is necessary for their growth. Relaxation revitalizes the body and improves the capacity to work. It provides relief and respite from work and diverts the mind.

There are many methods by which one can relax like yoga, meditation, listening to music, reading magazines and watching T.V. To keep the muscles well-toned and in well functions regular exercise must be done. Exercise not only impacts the physical appearance but also prevents a person from various diseases. Exercise could be in any form such as walking, jogging, swimming, or any sport.
