Everyone wants a beautiful, white smile. The cosmetic teeth whitening industry is rapidly growing; however, not everyone can afford the expense of professional teeth whitening procedures. Items found in your pantry offer the cheapest way to get whiter teeth.
Baking Soda
Found conveniently in your pantry and costing less than 50 cents for a small box of baking soda works great for teeth whitening. Baking soda acts as a mild abrasive on the surface of the teeth, remove stains and polish the teeth. Baking soda can be applied various ways for excellent whitening results. note that although a safe, natural alternative to chemicals, baking soda is abrasive and can cause tooth sensitivity. If sensitivity occurs, reduce the frequency of baking soda treatments.
put baking soda directly on the wet toothbrush and brush gently. wash with water or mouthwash to remove all the baking soda on your teeth. then use a regular toothpaste for a fresh breath.
Replace usual toothpaste with a paste of one teaspoon of baking soda and a tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide. Mix well, begin to shine. Use a brush to apply the paste on the teeth, and brush gently for four or five minutes. wash the mouth to remove the pulp.
Combine crushed ripe strawberries with a teaspoon of baking soda into a paste. Apply toothpaste with a soft brush, leave for five minutes. Follow with a good brushing to remove the whole lump. Rinse with mouthwash or water, and floss to remove any remaining pulp. Use this method only once a week due to the acidity of the strawberries can weaken tooth enamel.
Olive Oil
Odd but effective, olive oil works to whiten teeth naturally. Start by brushing your teeth with toothpaste, and rinse fully. Dip the corner of a washcloth into olive oil, and rub onto the teeth’s surface. Results can be seen in as little as three days.
Banana Peel
Banana peels contain many beneficial vitamins and minerals like potassium, calcium, vitamin D, magnesium and manganese. They act as natural tooth whitening, tooth enamel and promote strong. Simply peel a ripe banana and cut a small piece off. Gently rub the white side of the banana peel on the teeth of a circular motion. Continue rubbing for two or three minutes. Follow a regular brushing and flossing. Do this once or twice a day.
Hydrogen Peroxide
Whiten teeth and kill bacteria in the mouth with hydrogen peroxide rinse. Both products professional teeth and over-the-counter bleaching using peroxide active ingredient. Be careful when using peroxide, but do not swallow.
Apply directly to discolored teeth using a peroxide cotton swab. The use of hydrogen peroxide mouthwash, like taking a cork in your mouth and swish around. Swish around for a minute or two, and spit. Rinse with water to ensure that all the peroxide is from the mouth.

Apples, carrots ,pears, and celery promote greater amount of saliva in the mouth. The enzymes in saliva remove surface stains from teeth by neutralizing the acids that cause cavities. Use of chewing movements, whereas the consumption of these foods also remove plaque and tartar that cause discolored teeth.
Coffee, tea, red wine and fruit juice stains on the tooth surface and create a yellowish tint. The best way to reduce this effect is to limit the consumption of drinking water through a straw, and brush or rinse immediately after drinking.
